By helping to write the Oklahoma state constitution, an ancestor of Mitchell Garrett demonstrated his devotion to the people of the state more than a century ago. After several years in a prestigious law firm as a director and shareholder, Mitchell became a partner of Royce Injury Lawyers. He works on getting clients paid for their injuries.
He also had success in appearing not only in state court but in all US District Courts in Oklahoma, as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and is licensed to appear before the Supreme Court of the United States.
EDUCATION
Mitchell earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A & M, and a law degree from the University of Tulsa. During his time in college, Mitchell was a member of the President’s Honorary Council and received a Military Science Scholarship Grand and an Award for Outstanding Leadership.
Mitchell also received the Presidential Unit Citation, Good Conduct Medal from the US Marine Corps, and the Meritorious Unit Citation.

Through extensive professional experience and work in the state’s highest legal institutions, Mitchell has been recognized as a new leader in the Oklahoma legal profession. Mitchell is a volunteer at the American Red Cross and a Board of Governor for the American Association for Justice.
